Magnificent villa restored by architect, 8 people, air-conditioned with landscaped garden, terrace equipped with table chairs and deckchairs.
Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, large table with 8 chairs, new kitchen perfectly equipped with crockery
quality, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, griddle, induction hob, multifunction oven, washing machine... Large screen TV in living room and another TV in master bedroom.
Upstairs :
Master bedroom double bed 160 with adjoining bathroom and closet, opening onto terrace with open view of the park.
2nd bedroom with twin beds (possibility to bring them together) also overlooking the terrace and finally the 3rd bedroom with bed
double.
Shower room and wc.
Parking spot.
Free access to the aquatic area (wave pool, jacuzzi) as well as deckchairs and parasols throughout the season.
One of the swimming pools is heated. One of the pools is private and reserved for Lake houses only.
Entertainment, shows, sports activities: fitness, zumba, aquagym, tennis, table tennis, pétanque, volleyball...playground. Children's clubs in paying activities.
The estate also offers laundromats, restaurants and a grocery store. All the infrastructure is located near the house and you will not need your vehicle to enjoy it.
