The "Meeresbrise" holiday apartment features modern, eco-friendly technology. A private photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the house with green electricity, while an efficient heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. Guests with electric cars can conveniently use the EV charging station (for an extra fee).



Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Grömitz-Brenkenhagen, the 55 m², two-story apartment includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating 4–5 guests. Amenities include fiber-optic Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Enjoy a private outdoor space with an unfenced garden, south-facing terrace, and barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the sun from midday to evening. Familienfreundlich. Sehr schön, abgelegen aber man ist innerhalb von 5min mit dem Auto in Grömitz. Die Küche ist mehr als super ausgestattet. Alles was man für einen kleinen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Ist etwas alt und rustikal aber es hat seinen Charme.
