Captain Nick at the beach was amazing, we booked a private boat tour through him and he was our captain. He was absolutely phenomenal, along with Jessi, his crew member. They took us around the whole island, showed us all the landmarks, and took us to Sugar Beach for the most amazing snorkeling. We saw spotted eels, the biggest and most colorful fish, and prettiest coral. They had drinks on board as well as chips and freshly made jerk chicken. The rooms were clean however our air conditioning broke on night 2 and didn’t get fixed until the next day. I called several times for a fan to be brought up however it never was and our clothes were starting to get wet. They told me I could change my room and when I came to the lobby to do so, they said it is not possible. So that was frustrating however the air conditioning started back up again. Otherwise we loved the beach, swam all day, and had a great vacation

The only problem we had was a guest above us throwing sunflower seed shells and gummy bears down on our patio. We had a swim out and their garbage attracted ants which was very annoying. Other than that every single staff member was extremely polite, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would recommend this resort to everyone and would love to return for another relaxing stay

The rooms are out dated. Every time we ate at the buffet we had to ask multiple times to get a glass of water. As we watch them fill people’s water that just sat down. Bartenders at the pool were good. Waiters at Grazi were good. We appreciate the bottle of Champaign for our honeymoon. The reservation system is not good for the restaurants. From night one every restaurant was showing booked. But when walking by or asking for a reservation they were empty. WiFi could be a lot better considering the building. Better variety of food is a must! Why are you serving the same thing for lunch and dinner. The people at check out were very rude. Almost as if they realized we were leaving and they didn’t care about quality service anymore. You need better communication with nexus( considering they have an office at your property) We were picked up 30 mins late and Koby could figure out we’re out reservation was. Nobody believed we had the private transfer untill I had to show multiple people my pass on my phone. Why couldn’t we keep the bracelet as a little souvenir? Those are the things you put in a memory box.

Rooms were gross. Ripped sheets spills in the fridge and had a damp moldy smell in the room. We got a room change and the next room was even more disgusting. I requested a crib weeks before our stay and also when we got there and never received one. Mini fridges didn’t get cold so I had to walk around asking for ice to keep my child’s milk cold. Downstairs ice machines didn’t work. Sometime the elevators would stop working. Last two nights our a/c didn’t work. We asked if someone could come look at it and no one showed up. This hotel needs a serious revamp and new management because it feels like the people just don’t care. Please reconsider if you’re thinking about staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I really tried to give the property a chance to right their wrongs but they chose to ignore my emails. The entire staff is poorly trained-- if trained at all. The rooms are poorly maintained. The wifi is only existent in certain weird areas of the rooms and property. None of the promised discounts or credits are given. Just stay somewhere else, TRUST ME. Worst Royalton in the bunch-- I've been to 6 Royaltons. St Lucia Royalton would be a waste of your time and hard earned money.

The room had a damp musty smell for the entirety of our stay. The grounds were kept in good condition but the room seemed like it was neglected (stains, etc). The elevator was not working in our room’s building. Had to use stairs or employee elevator. Employee elevator was always dirty. Towels were never fully replaced even when soiled ones were removed.

The hotel was nice, but the service was horrible. Janell (concierge bldg 5) was great but that was about it. Was hard to get simple things like water or to restock the beer , which only happened once during our stay. We went with a group that held 6 rooms including ours. One room flooded because the tub leaked. We all ordered room service at least once that never came. Was hard to get napkins when at meal service. Another room was wet when we got there. Another the kettle leaked. 5403 (my room)5105, 4008, 4107,4114 and another room Zamina Mohammed. For the money we paid we expected way way better. My husband and I chose this location based on a previous stay in Royalton Negril which was fantastic back in November 2021. I can’t believe we almost purchased or even considered a prime package. Based on what we saw glad we didn’t.
