The holiday loft in the former hayloft has a lot to offer. On 96sqm, this first floor offers two individually furnished bedrooms for 4 people, whereby a room with a bunk bed is more optimized for children - a real family floor. In the bedroom with west view there is a double bed (160x200 cm, separate mattresses). In the room next to it is a bunk bed (90x200 cm each). In the large kitchenette equipped with modern appliances, u. a. Fridge with freezer, convection oven, dishwasher, induction hob and large dining table, is space for the whole family with a visit. For the other guests there is a sofa bed in the living area (80x200 cm each) for 2 more people. A very nice bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet. The large windows with an infinite view to the west with the lagoon and the Baltic Sea in the north offer a fascinating panorama at any time of the day.

Good atmosphere, relaxing feeling of living, attractive rooms - the large, detached holiday home MERLE in Hohendorf offers accommodation and holiday feeling in two differently designed holiday units on a 3000m² plot. Our aim is to give you a home in one of the most beautiful regions in Germany for a few days, in which you can enjoy this time and you will not miss anything in terms of amenities. In the time of the great land reform around 1930, many farms were created to offer new settlers from all parts of the republic a new livelihood. Many of these three-sided Winkelhof farms were built in the region, and only a few have survived in Hohendorf. Between 2013 and 2019, our Neusiedlerhof MERLE was lovingly renovated. The house has its own basement, workshop and in the spacious garden you can sit, sunbathe, play and grill. Each holiday unit has a separate seating area in the garden and a storage area in an annex, where you will find seating and a grill and can park your bicycles or bathing utensils. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room on the ground floor of the former stable. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge. The comfortable and cozy house is located just 1km from the bay. Thanks to its unique location in the landscape protection area of the German lagoon landscape between Rügen and Zingst / Darß, this holiday region offers a varied range of recreation and leisure activities. The immediate vicinity of the historic city of Stralsund in the Baltic Sea, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002, is ideal for diverse cultural enjoyments such as architecture, landscape, but also theater, music and painting.
