The LA RIPOSA villa, which has been fully air-conditioned since 2019, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 9. The infinity pool is heated.
The house is situated 4 minutes’ drive from the beaches of Porticcio and the town centre. It boasts superb views of the maquis in a very quiet and private area. Ajaccio Airport is just 15 minutes away.
The area offers a wide range of activities (hiking, water sports, horse riding, tennis, paddle tennis, etc.) and there is a varied selection of restaurants and beach bars nearby.
It is also possible to hire an 8-metre boat with a 300 CV engine – accommodating 10 people (a licence is required); photos of the boat are at the end.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille formidable dans la maison. La maison est bien adaptée aux sejours familaux, le cadre est incroyable. Cest un pur bonheur de profiter de la terrasse. Merci à notre hote qui a été aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bien...mais!

La maison est agréable et bien équipée, la clim est très appréciable, la piscine chauffée offre une magnifique vue sur le maquis. Le propriétaire nous a communiqué beaucoup d'informations pratiques très judicieuses. L'accès du parking (niveau rue) à la maison est laborieux (TRES forte pente) assez rédhibitoire lorsqu'il faut charger ou décharger la voiture ou lorsqu'on revient des courses. Se garer dans la pente est exclu: la voiture affiche un message indiquant que la voiture ne peut pas retenir le frein dans la pente (Volvo XC60) et si le véhicule est trop long (Peugeot Traveler), il accroche l'attelage remorque en bas de la pente pour remonter. Autre point négatif, les deux lits double dans les suites parentales font 160x200 et non 200x200 comme annoncé. Nous devions quitter la maison pour 10h, la soeur du propriétaire (qui nous avait accueilli à notre arrivée) et une autre dame sont arrivées à 9h50 pour faire le ménage. Fabienne s'est montrée oppressante et nettement moins sympathique que le premier jour en nous faisant comprendre que nous devions déguerpir. Nous avons moyennement apprécié.

Superbe séjour

Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances idéales. La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Mention particulière pour la grande terrasse avec piscine et vue sur le maquis, vraiment très agréable. Jean-Jacques est sympathique et disponible pour donner de bons conseils que ce soit sur le plan pratique ou en terme d’activités à faire dans la région. Nous avons également pu louer le bateau, tout était bien organisé et nous avons passé une excellente journée en mer. En somme tout était parfait !

Magnifique

Nous avons pu bénéficiez d'un temps fabuleux ce qui nous a permis de profiter à plein de cette magnifique villa, mais même avec un jour de pluie lors de notre arrivée, la disposition des pièces, la super pergola qui permet de pouvoir être à l'extérieur même par temps de pluie avec une vue magnifique est un pur bonheur. Accueil très sympathique et propriétaire très prévenant. Rien à dire : tout était parfait.

Maison exceptionnelle, décorée avec goût dans un cadre extraordinaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison 5 étoiles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le terrain de pétanque et les boules laissées à disposition. La piscine chauffée et sa vue magique sur les montagnes nous à ravis. Très bon accueil . Les descriptifs et conseils nous ont bien servis. En bref la location idéale! Très bon séjour.

Villa située sur les hauteurs de Porticcio avec vue sur le maquis Corse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte est très attentionné et laisse à disposition de nombreuses informations pour optimiser votre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location (sauf si vous avez de très jeunes enfants)

Maison très spacieuse et super bien équipée. Très bonne situation géographique à seulement 10min du centre de porticcio avec vue sur le maquis. Jean Jacques a été très réactif dans toutes nos interrogations et très arrangeant. On recommande ++ et on espère revenir très vite 😊
