Located in the center of the seaside resort of Porticcio, just 1.5 km from the beach and shops, this villa will charm you with its tranquility and spacious exteriors, perfect for enjoying the sunshine of the Isle of Beauty.

The villa offers: an entrance hall, a kitchen open to the living room; a bedroom upstairs; and two further bedrooms downstairs, one with a private bathroom, a separate toilet, and a separate shower room.

The best part of this villa: a semi-detached villa with no overlooked views, offering a 100m² wooded and completely renovated terrace facing the sea. Free access to the residence's swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September. The accommodation has an internet connection.
