We booked one of the two private cabins on the property and it was so quiet! I loved that aspect. But - Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds - hard as a rock and every time your partner moves, it wakes you up. Not bad from the outside, cute little porch with chairs, but once you take a closer look this place is not very clean. The ledge of the counter in the bathroom behind the sink had a layer of dust on it (yes I ran a clean towel over it) and the floor boards had the same layer. I assume whoever cleans does not know they need to dust, as well. It was super gross…. The floor of the main suite was okay; clean enough to walk with slippers on… The water machine they have in the main office for refilling water bottles & such had bugs crawling all over it. Total turnoff but none IN the water :) Super friendly staff, bummed the hot tub was closed…. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but location was great for Yosemite and visiting friends in Groveland.

The room was clean and had nice amenities. Unfortunately this property had very offensive outdoor lights that they left on uselessly all night long even that ridiculous light on the porch of our cabin which we could not turn off. It made sitting on the porch horrible. You could not see a single star because of the inappropriate offensive bright outdoor lighting. HOrrible. WOuld never stay there again.

Stayed in one of the cabins for five nights. Very quiet, easy parking and friendly staff. Lucky Buck Cafe on-site was decent and reasonably priced. Good price and value for proximity to Yosemite. I would stay here again.
