Important Information for Your Stay



To make your arrival as smooth and welcoming as possible, please share the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in. The condominium requires this information to authorize entry. If it is not provided on time, access may be restricted, and Del Mar cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience.



Arrival & Check-In

Check-in takes place at the lobby, where our team will be available to welcome you between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Before your arrival, we will also send you the access code for the apartment’s electronic lock.



If you plan to arrive after 5:00 p.m., please contact your host in advance so we can help coordinate your entry.



For reservations made after 9:00 p.m. on the night before arrival or on the same day as check-in, the apartment will be ready from 6:00 p.m. onward.



Pool & Gym Access

Guests staying for more than two nights may enjoy access to the swimming pool. For shorter stays, access is limited to the gym. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause.



Departure

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Before leaving, please turn off the air conditioning and let your host know once you have departed. A few simple steps will close your stay gently and help us prepare the space for its next welcome.

Comfort & Natural Surroundings



Where warm weather and nature meet, an occasional insect may also find its way indoors. For your comfort, the property is professionally fumigated before and after every stay. If you notice anything during your visit, please let us know—we will gladly arrange an additional treatment at no cost.



Care for the Home



To help the plumbing flow properly, please avoid flushing toilet paper or any other paper products. Disposal bags are provided for your convenience. This small gesture helps prevent maintenance issues and keeps the home comfortable throughout your stay.



The Rhythm of the City



Guadalajara is a lively city that continues to grow. From time to time, nearby construction may bring some daytime noise. Although this is beyond our control, we appreciate your patience and understanding.



Shared Spaces



The swimming pool and other common areas are cared for by the condominium association. Their schedules, maintenance, and availability are managed independently from our hosting team.



Guest Capacity



The accommodation welcomes up to six guests. Please include every adult, child, and baby when completing your reservation, as the condominium’s occupancy rules may differ from those shown on the booking platform. Any unauthorized additional guest may result in a charge of USD 15 per person, per night.



Kitchen Essentials



The kitchen includes the basic utensils needed to prepare and enjoy simple meals. We also provide a small welcome supply for your first night. Please plan to bring or purchase consumable ingredients such as oil, salt, pepper, and other cooking essentials.



Cleaning & Linens



The cleaning fee covers the careful preparation of the home before your arrival and a thorough cleaning once your stay has ended. Daily housekeeping, laundry service, and linen replacements are not included.



Mindful Electricity Use



Your reservation includes an electricity allowance calculated according to the season and size of the accommodation. Once your booking is confirmed, we will share the corresponding kWh limit. Additional consumption will be charged at MXN 5 per kWh, based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.



Personal Belongings



Please take a final look around before closing the door behind you. We cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings that are lost or left inside the accommodation.
