Its proximity to major roads such as Av. Patria and Av. Acueducto provides excellent connectivity throughout Zapopan and Guadalajara, making it a strategic location for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and easy mobility around the city.



Getting Around:

The building is located in an area with excellent connectivity. Public transportation is nearby, and ride-hailing services such as Uber or Didi are a convenient option for getting around the city. Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) is approximately 30 minutes away, depending on traffic conditions.



Other Things to Note:

In accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations, visitors or additional guests who are not previously registered are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property.



For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled to ensure optimal hygiene and comfort throughout the accommodation.

Cleaning service fee: $550 MXN per service.

This service includes towel replacement, trash collection, and general cleaning of the bathroom and floors.

The date and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
