Only issue shower head had calcium billed up and water would shoot out of shower causing my son and I to slip and fall. We are ok I just hit my toes under restroom door and was in pain for a couple of days. all good now.

The bathroom was not clean also some mold around the shower, the towels are so old. We stayed for 1 night every year we stayed at this hotel because is convenient for the shuttle but this year was so different because the construction now is every two hrs stead every hour then you need to call them two days before to schedule it but when you call in advance they say to call them when you arrive and outside in the airport then most of the time the shuttle is busy then you need to take a taxi. The hotel have the taxi service but you need to pay. I recommend

My family and I enjoyed staying here. We checked in late luckily chilis was walking distance. Staff was friendly, helpful, room was clean ac was a plus for us we love are ac, checkout until 2pm, it worked great for us gave us a chance to explore Tonalá and Tlaquepaque. Taxis are friendly and ready to drive you around. Best of all was breakfast amazing breakfast and delicious. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again!

Very noise the rooms near the freeway. They should use windows with better soundproofing for the rooms closer to the freeway. Also, it would be great the send more often a shuttle to pick up guests from the airport and have to wait one hour or so to be transported to the hotel.
