This historic property is set in a beautiful landscape, where original details blend with thoughtful renovations, creating a welcoming space that pays homage to the past.



The villa’s layout offers flexibility for large families or groups of friends. Each apartment functions independently, yet is connected by shared spaces, including an infinity pool with fantastic views of the valley. The original stonework and architectural details tell the story of three centuries of life in this place.



You’ll find yourself surrounded by farmland, where the rhythm of life follows the course of the seasons. The outdoor areas invite you to relax by the pool, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the panoramic views of the landscape stretching in every direction.

A truly unique gem with the most breathtaking views. You’ll be completely captivated at first sight. The house has been beautifully restored to a very high standard and is in excellent condition. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is situated in the most beautiful surroundings, offering plenty of time for peace, togetherness, and quality time. The house is close to a charming little town with a local store for shopping. If you’re looking for more, several towns nearby offer restaurants, including an ice cream shop with truly delicious ice cream. We can’t recommend this house highly enough—it’s absolutely lovely. The two apartments work perfectly for two families. You can spend time together, but also have the option to retreat to your own space. The most amazing pool—so beautiful! It’s situated with a view from both the pool and the house. The most beautiful place we’ve ever been.
