We were staying in river view rooms, the interior design is world class with quartz stone finished, clean bed and towels. Room size is huge and feel better than a 5 stars hotel. The location is great, near metro, long-haul buses. Not far from Beijing Road. I will definately stay here again.

Hotel is a bit out of dated requiring an update or renovation. The room we stayed some days had terrible smell appearing in a smelly toilet. Buffet breakfast has limited options and food does not taste good. Customer service was sound and provided supports when requested. Hotel location is not far from Beijing Rd and close to subway station.

The staff at the hotel are all very helpful and exceptional great. They upgraded us to a hugh room which is excellent however there are problems with the bathroom, water leak from there daily.

The service from staff is excellent. Sabina and Hena both are very helpful. The room is comfortable but the bathroom's silicone has broken so water leaking to floor after shower. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and service is fast. Location of the hotel is great.
