Svag kundservice

Ingen i receptionen vid ankomst och inget nummer att ringa. Dubbelrum bokat för en person i dubbelsäng. Att bo två i samma dubbelsäng kostade 50% extra (inget extra linne eller frukost eller liknande som motiverade påslaget). Ingen i receptionen vid avresa heller.
