Lugar excelente, ótima localização, apartamento espaçoso e muito bem limpo, já não é a primeira vez que alugamos. Zeladores excelentes, muito atenciosos. Ali é perto de tudo, bares, restaurantes supermercados e farmácia, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Super recomendo.

O apartamento e o prédio são muito bons, e bem próximo da praia, tudo muito bem conservado e o atendimento do proprietário e dos zeladores são ótimos. Ponto de melhoria: Os ventiladores da sala e copa que não ventilam muito, e se estiver muito calor, fica complicado. No mais, o apartamento atende as expectativas.
