I really like staying here its convenient, but the shuttle wasn’t there to pick me up to take me to the airport, even though I scheduled it, they did call an “ In driver “ but I didn’t feel safe I was scared to get a car like that, that could be dangerous .

This is THE place to stay for a night or more in Guatemala City. Clean, lovely, comfy, and the staff understands hospitality. Couple that with the fact that it’s 5 minutes from the airport, in a gates/guarded colonia, and it’s the obvious choice.

It is extremely secure and also gated community By the way, there is no store nearby walking distance parking is limited customer service, very limited Only till 9 P.M. no a/c But price is right room is very cosy small is hosting by the Owner, and you can get in touch with Owner anytime after hours.

All good, only one point to mention , the lock for room number 6 was broken I believe safety is priority so please fix the lock for room number 6 privacy is very important and locking the door of the room should be a high concern and fix it ,,,,, other then that all was good
