The facility was very nice and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped us to switch our room with little issue. The buffet food was good, however most of the time not warm even at the beginning of the meal time. We often went to the chef in the back for freshly prepared food.

The property is very nice and the price is great for the area. Melvin the front desk assistant manager is awesome. He is very polite, friendly and always does his best to accommodate us every time we visit Juan Dolio. A lot of the staff member have been working there for years. The service in the buffet needs improvement, there was only one guys working hard to provide people with services.

It was so bad to do the check in , I should get some of the money back , it took 3 ours to do the check in and could not find our name , but they were lying Cause they were cleaning the room and it was not that clean either , we had to pay an other day in other to enjoy it a little more , it was a mess

The service was poor to say the least there a few that was really great at what they do Nelly the manager was excellent but other then that forget about it. They keep you waiting as they take among themselves leaving you clueless of what’s going on. It wasn’t just with front desk you can notice the lack of attention to service the staff was. You done at the table they leave you waiting for even a glass of water. Btw if you see Ana at the front desk beside any thing you ask from her will be a no or an upcharge so do yourself a favor and stay away from her. Overall this property has a long way to go for everything from service to up keep with the room as they don’t have fresh towels when the room is cleaned they have to take your old towels to wash and then dry them to bring them back so if you looking for a morning shower as a long flight at night you may just be using the old towel from the night before. As far as breakfast goes it’s okay I give it a 4 out 10 the Domincan restaurant was probably the best for me if you like goat that was the most fastest to me. As far as the night life goes they have a disco that open at 10pm and closes at 2am which I kinda enjoyed but I wished they had more diversity in the music as most of the people only speak English as far as my room they offered a ocean view but my balcony was blocked by palm trees which I believe to be one of the better rooms. If you need a ride to and from the airport Sdq you are better off walking they charge $50 craz

Food was not that great it was cold. No towels in the room the shower did not work properly. First of us blistering hot then they turn the hot water off and then I just had trickling cold water. Customer Service was hard to get a hold of had to continue to walk down standing in line checked out the next morning. Hotel refused to refund my friend and me for my stay waste of $1000 for one night reason for leaving because they did not accommodate whether the hotel was advertised still waiting to hear back from the hotel for a partial refund since we only stayed one night not even a full night
