Great service from staff: Wakanda, Peluche, Morena y otros. La cajera fue la diaparidad del servicio. Nunca supo cómo trabajar con nuestra reserva la cual requería un resolución favorable con la agencia para no perjudicar nuestra oferta, y nunca lo gestionó. Incluso pensamos cobró incorrectamente la tarifa ya que el precio final fue bien alto en comparación con otros hoteles.

I had a great time at the hotel. I felt safe. The room was clean. The food was good especially the breakfast. The shows were fantastic and ending the night off in the club with the DJ was great.

Resort was great however all of the live entertainment and shows were only in Spanish !!!!!! I stay for over four days and not once was there any translation . I would love the shows if I were able to laugh as well

Experienced international traveler First time Juan Dolio Traveler.... Resort has a nice quaint feel... Great resort for a first timer.. Is not even close to being as big as Resorts like Barceló or Bahia Principe in Punta Cana and does not seem to have Entertainment (as far as shows or family theater events). Now again this is NOT a knock on their services or employees in anyway.. We enjoyed our 8 days here and made some great friends.. I just made that statement to ensure more experienced travelers doe NOT make reservations to the resort expecting some of the higher Echelon of perks the grandier or more Popular resorts... Definitely worth the Valye though if your looking for a great Place to get some much needed rest and enjoy a friendly service

Room got rained in damaged clothing due to rain .bathroom inside shower was leaking water through the roof n pieces of it was falling..I notified front desk with pictures and videos and offered a room on the day I leave .one employee told me she will notify the supervisor and no one came to room only one of the house keepers who I asked for towels and power cut off multiple times

Great choice. Here is that version for you: We booked our long weekend stay based on an attractive price, but we encountered several challenges. The main issue was the dampness and mosquitoes in our room, which we believe was caused by a lot of standing water around the property. We also found that the promotional photos didn't quite match the reality of the resort, particularly the very small gym. On the upside, the food at the Mexican and grill restaurants was enjoyable, and most of the staff members were very pleasant, though communication was sometimes a challenge. However, the main buffet did not meet our expectations. Overall, because of the number of issues we faced, we would likely not choose to stay here again. Let me know if you'd like any adjustments to it!
