We were coming back from the Galapogos and had an early morning flight the next day. This hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle service was great. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel restaurant was good.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying out of GYE and traveling with a pet. They provided a dog bed and food/water bowls. It's so close to the airport and the shuttle was perfect. The only thing I would have liked to have was an area to walk my dog, there was only concrete and decorative landscape .. I had to walk it across the street and I felt a bit unsafe. Other than that it was an excellent hotel. Staff was very nice & helpful with all my needs. Food was delicious. I will stay at this Holiday Inn GYE when I fly back.

Excellent hotel with great service

We arrived around midnight in Guayaquil and left the next morning for Galápagos. The hotel offered a free pick-up and drop-off service for us at the airport, check-in was very efficient, and the rooms are spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable-so overall 5/5.

Great Location

Great location for a quick night if you're coming from the US and going onto The Galapagos. $5 cab ride or set up a free shuttle through the hotel. Breakfast is a bit over-priced but the freah fruit was outstanding.
