The beautiful private garden that surround the property covers over 10000 square meters and features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi, the size of pool is 4.5x 17 mt. depth from 0.60 to 1.50 mt. it is equipped with sun lunges, and a covered gazebo with garden furniture for shade during the hot summer days. There is also a stone patio which is next to the building, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals.

Villa dei Cappuccini is an hold farm dated back to the end of 18th century perfectly maintained with the ancient walls and the original frescos, elegantly furnished in order to mix the tradition with comfort, The villa develops in two floors and cover over 700 square meters, at the ground floor the imponent entrance leads to a welcome hall which takes to the spacious living room equipped with sofas and arm chairs; there is a reading room with fire place and sofas, TV room, large dining room for table and chairs for 20 people and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, complete the floor one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 6 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with bath tub; one double bedroom with bathroom with tub and shower; one double bedroom with private shower room; a bedroom with French bed and bathroom with tub; bedroom with twin beds (can become double), with private bathroom with shower.
The villa has all amenities such as Air conditioning in the whole house, internet wifi, BBQ, private parking, washing machine and dishwasher.

Security deposit (Refundable):
€ 1.500 that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
