Set in a peaceful, privileged area between the salt marshes and the medieval town of Guérande, discover this beautiful new house built in 2016, perfect for holidays with family or friends.



Just 2 km from Guérande’s ramparts and shops, the house is close to the beaches: Plage des Bretons in La Turballe (6 km) and Plage Benoit in La Baule (7 km).



The 134 m² house (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets) accommodates up to 7 guests. All furniture, appliances, and bedding are new. Each bedroom features motorized shutters and built-in wardrobes. The house and ground floor are accessible for guests with reduced mobility.



Ground floor:

- Spacious living area with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer). Flat-screen TV in the lounge.

- Utility room with washing machine.

- One bedroom (double bed 160x200), a bathroom (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.

- Garage with motorized door for two cars, bikes, or sailing gear.

The living area opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking a large, fully enclosed 1,000 m² garden with no direct neighbors.



Upstairs, 3 bedrooms:

- One bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and lovely views of the salt marshes.

Access:

The “Route Bleue” is 4 km away for easy car access to La Baule, Saint-Nazaire, or Nantes. Easy TGV access: 3 hours from Paris (Pouliguen station 7 min, La Baule station 11 min, Le Croisic station 17 min).
