Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful condo and amazing hosts! We had a few questions during our stay and they responded immediately! Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern decor, even had some beach accessories for guests. We had brought our own and decided to leave for the next renters so they can enjoy their stay as much as we did! Thank you JoeJoe Resorts, we will be back for our next annual family vacation!

Family get away before Christmas

The condo was clean and we had plenty of beds for our family. It has a nice view of the beach. The hosts answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We wanted a few days away from home and decided to visit Gulf Shores. It was our first time in the area. We walked the beaches, toured the fort, and rode the ferry to the island.

Great family property

This was the perfect condo for our family beach vacation! There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, it was a quick walk down to the beach, and the building is super close to shops and restaurants.. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED that all of the light switches were labeled!

Great family stay

The views on the pictures are accurate. The condo has everything you need plus extras like a cooler, beach chairs, a football. We brought our own beach towels and blanket. There is a rental place right at the condos for jet skis and banana boat rides and parasailing. I loved how we were able to walk for all of our shopping and food and there is a market right across the street. My kids are older but it’s a great beach for little kids. It’s shallow and the sand is soft and white and the beach was very clear.

Enjoyed our beachfront stay in Gulf Shores, watching our son play baseball. Place was nice. Elevator issues are real...had two days where one of two elevators were out of order, including check out day.

Location was impeccable - right on the beach! Facility amenities were great - pool, hot tub (although could have been warmer), sauna and weight room. Condo was just as described - three bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, etc. A few things that would have made our stay 5 stars: 1. Condo could have been cleaner (hair in the bathroom and kitchen counters had what appeared to be coffee on them). 2. Games. While there were a few sand toys, a deck of cards and/or a few board games would have been appreciated. 3. Beach towels. Although it was noted that beach towels were not included, it would have been nice to have those (even if you would have charged for lost/stolen towels). Towels can be bulky to pack and when trying to fly without checking bags, they are usually the first to be left behind. 5. Remote instructions. There were three remotes for the main TV. We had NO idea which remote worked the TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great View in a great spot!

Great Condo in a great location. Clean, Bright, and inviting. Bedrooms are plenty big, as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. A/C and dehumidifier worked great to keep us dry and cool. Everything in the condo is nicely labeled. Plenty of outlets for our charging needs and plenty of space in the closets to keep your luggage and clothes put away. If you want to stay in walking distance to the Hangout, surf style, dining, and shopping, I’d recommend it!

Lovely condo, beautiful view

What an amazing property! Wonderful views, we loved having dinner on the balcony and looking at the Gulf. You can see the sunrise and sunset from this condo. Very very clean condo and well stocked kitchen. The slow cooker was a bonus, so great to throw dinner in there then spend the day relaxing at the beach. Many small touches that made the condo great: labeled light switches, night lights and they even had some Tupperware to store leftovers! Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping, even to to pier at the state park to watch the sunset. Laura was amazing with the check in process and provided an extremely detailed document before our trip, explaining what came In the condo and what didn’t which helped me plan better. The only disappointment would be the pool, just because it was pretty small. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to gulf shores!

Fabulous beachfront stay!

Thank you for a restful and relaxing stay at Gulf Shores. Our first time here, and we can't wait to come back. The condo was perfect...well-stocked kitchen, spacious primary bedroom with private bath, great balcony views, indoor/outdoor pool, etc. Everything was as advertised, and the hosts were communicative and easy to work with. You will have a great stay!

Family trip

Had a great trip. Condo was clean and well supplied. The splash pad was wonderful for the kids. Easy check-in. The only con was the parking spaces. I have a SUV and the spaces were tight. But, definitely doable for the stay.

The condo was not as clean as reported. Maybe I am a clean freak but the frig needed drawers removed and a good cleaning. Also the tubs in the bathrooms were disgusting. I barely wanted to stand in the shower let alone actually take a bath. I am not sure if the tubs couldn't have the stains and dark stains removed or there was no effort made. Also the shower curtain liner was horrible. Just buy a new liner occasionally and replace. The condo was beautifully decorated and loved the 5th floor location.
