"Gulf Village 416, joka sijaitsee 1027 West Beach Boulevardissa, on suuri kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen yksikkö, joka kutsuu perheen nimeäsi! Tule yöpymään tässä kauniissa rantakadulla ja juhlia lomallasi tyylikkäästi. Kun king-vuode on master-sviitissä, queen-size-vuode yhdessä vierashuoneessa, kaksi erillistä vuodetta toisessa vierashuoneessa ja vuodesohva olohuoneessa, tämä laite mahtuu 8 hengen mukavasti. Kaksi flatsceen-televisiota, kaksi blueray-DVD-soitinta, CD-soittimen perän järjestelmä ja WiFi pitävät sinut yhteydessä ja viihdyttävät koko vierailusi ajan! Tämä ainutlaatuinen yksikkö tarjoaa pääsyn parvekkeelle jokaisesta makuuhuoneesta!

4th Floor westside. Couch

We stayed in 417 back in 2019. We came back because of the ease of access & location. We did visit the Gulf village pier on the bay and was surprised to find a nice fishing spot. Condo 416 has amazing views from every room and was comfortable fpr 5 adults. We will retirn.

Just ok

Condo itself was fine, aside from the 2 cockroaches I had to pick up. I think the building had just sprayed though because they were dead. Furniture could use some updating but everything was done very nicely. The building though… not what we had expected. Pictures must’ve been taken before the hurricane damage. There was construction going on around the pool, there were rusty nails in the sand next to the building , the elevator didn’t work half of the time, and the pool had some black plastic around the fence that had come loose and just looked awful. I give the condo itself a 7/10 and the building like a 3/10.

Nice, but not the location we booked

We booked the Gulf Village 416 location, however, we were called about a month or so before our trip and informed that the elevator was down on that property and they wanted to move us to a different location. We were assured it would be comparable to the original property. I must say, while it was a cute condo, it was NOT comparable to the property we originally booked. It definitely felt like a downgrade. With that being said, the property we were placed in was clean, had a great location on the beach and all minor maintenance issues were addressed immediately by Bender Realty. Overall, this was a good trip, but disappointed that we were not compensated for the downgrade in condo quality.

The property was fine and we had a great time. The only disappointment was that the pool was filled with sand due to a storm. We had access to a pool across the street, but unfortunately we never made it over.

Great beach front property.

Roomy beachfront condo with newly upgraded floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. This place was right on the sand with incredible views from every single room. Large window sliders and a wrap around balcony made our stay one of the best vacations yet. Pool on the property was clean and accessible. Would definitely rent this place again!

Maintenance and cleaning

Sliding doors would not lock and ceiling fans were so loaded with dirt they would wobble so we didn’t use most of them. Elevator needs some work. Floor numbers not working. But besides that view made up for any problems!

Perfect location

We loved that the condo was pretty much sound proof from neighboring units. The view was fantastic and the new remodel was a nice surprise even though the exterior is a bit "old school".
