Ajanmukaiset ominaisuudet, kuten uudet laattalattiat, 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen talo lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä tungosta rannalta. Tällä pienellä tiellä on vain 6 taloa ja vain 2 ovat vuokria. Jäljellä olevia taloja ei ole vuokrattavissa ja niitä käytetään harvoin, joten sinulla on yleensä suuri osa rannasta itsellesi. Tämä talo uusittiin kokonaan vuonna 2016, ja olemme äskettäin uusineet kylpyammeet ja suihkun kylpyhuoneissa. Talossa on kaikki laitteet, mukaan lukien ruostumattomasta ranskalaisesta ovijääkaapista ja erillisestä jääkoneesta (ei tarvitse ostaa jäätä). Siellä on erillinen pesutupa, jossa täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Suuressa perhehuoneessa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja, joissa on 55 tuuman älykäs T. V. ja DVD-soitin, sekä nopea Internet. Ruokapöydän paikkaa 8 ja baaripaikkoja 4. Seulotulla kuistilla on pöytä 4: lle. Siellä on myös kansi näkymä rannalle.
Makuuhuoneessa on suuri parivuode ja premium-patja. Siellä on paljon kaappitilaa ja laatikkotilaa pitkäaikaista oleskelua varten. Master-kylpy on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus suihkulla. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on queen-vuode ensisijaisella patjalla ja kerrossänky. Lisäksi siellä on runsaasti kaappitilaa ja laatikkotilaa. Makuuhuoneessa 3 on queen-vuode ensisijaisella patjalla ja kerrossänky sekä runsaasti kaappi- ja laatikkotilaa. Kaikissa huoneissa on älytelevisio. Toisessa kylpyammeessa on kylpyamme / suihku.
Vieraillemme on grilli, rantatuoleja, paljon rantaleluja ja kärry rannalle kuljettamiseen.

Olemme lähellä lauttaa ja kävelymatkan päässä satamasta ja Tacky Jacks -ravintolasta. Viisi mailia säteellä on kaksi ravintolaa / markkinoita.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Fort Morgan Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Annual vacation

The pictures were on point and the stand along ice machine was good since we all carried water bottles everyday. Being able to enjoy the sound of the wave every morning on the porch was great. The short walk to the beach with the supplied cart and chairs was a plus. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

The house wasn’t perfectly clean when we got there- a spill on the counter, fingerprints on the glass tables, and sand on the bunk beds and kitchen table. The house is older, so it isn’t as new as the pictures would lead you to think, but it is nicely decorated. We could tell the owners of the property don’t stay there, due to simple inconveniences that should be addressed. The TV was very finicky and it took us 30 minutes just to get it on. Apparently the last renters had unplugged some things, probably trying to get it to work. There was only one dish towel and one dish rag in the whole kitchen. The hose on the porch, for rinsing sand, was busted. Some kitchen cooking items were dirty, the dishwasher smelled awful (we handwashed all items), and we also had some ants. Some pros were the screened in porch, a Keurig that wasn’t listed in the description, a variety of beach items to use, and clean bathrooms.

The house offers an ideal setup for children and grandchildren, featuring bedrooms with bunk beds and queen size beds, while the grandparents can enjoy a spacious king size bedroom. The family room and dining area are designed to comfortably accommodate the entire family. Additionally, the house is fully equipped with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and includes various beach accessories..

Great view.

This was a very nice property with a beautiful view! We loved the screened porch. The furniture was all comfortable and clean in the living area and on the porch. The bed in the main bedroom was also very comfortable. The kitchen was large and stocked well with an added bonus of a stand alone ice maker. There is a great swing under the house to enjoy the cool breeze. A very nice uncrowded beach is just a walk down the road and over a sand dune. It was nice to go down to the beach early in the morning and then again late evening. Guests have access to beach items stored at the property. The wagon to haul your stuff down to the beach was another added bonus. Good communication with the owners. All questions were answered promptly. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Loved our stay

Location was ideal for us - away from the crowds but plenty of nearby activities. Short walk to the beach. Peaceful. Loved the porch to relax with a cup of coffee have or a glass of wine. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Communication with hosts was easy with quick responses.

We absolutely love the place. Love the rustic atmosphere. Very short walk to the beach. Not many people on the beach so a lot of privacy. The place is very equipped to stay here for a week. We definitely will be back our new home at the beach!

Enjoyed the stay!

The home is perfectly placed, just a short way to the beach. The home is adorable & comfortable. The ice machine was a lifesaver. The only issue we encountered was certain areas needed cleaning before they could be used. This is more likely the cleaning company used by the owner & not the owner themselves. We also experienced bugs in the kitchen that we had to get spray for. Overall our stay was nice and we would consider staying here again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed the front porch here in the mornings. We loved the open concept. Having an ice machine was awesome. Plus, it was a short walk to the beach. We used the outdoor shower as well- would love to see that closed in the next time we come! We will be back!

Good Family Spot

This property looks a little run down on the outside, but is clean and spacious on the inside. The owners were easy to reach when we had a question and provided anything we needed for our stay....cookware, dishes, beach toys, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we ever come back to the area.

Easy stay!

This was a great place & a very easy place to stay. The checkin process was super simple, Linda was extremely communicative with us, and when we had an issue with the AC while we were there, they sent someone out quickly to fix the problem. Would absolutely stay here again. Very convenient access to the beach.

Beautiful beach house, loved our stay

Lovely beach house. The photos do not do it justice! Very tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. Much appreciated the use of the beach equipment in the under house store and beach towels. Lovely beach with white sand. Very quiet in April. Ferry to Dauphin Island only 5 minutes away. We did day trips to Pensacola and New Orleans as well as time chilling on the beach. and the porch. Great restaurants in Gulf Shores. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back for longer next time! Thank you Linda and Mike for hosting us!

Loved it!

My 2 grandsons loved the "Cowboy House" for its rustic exterior. We also loved it for its beautiful interior and many amenities. The location is great especially if you are not into the tourist scene. We had a great time and highly recommend this house.

So good!

We had the best time! The house was perfect. Very clean. It was stocked with kitchen essentials which was appreciated because we cooked many meals. The proximity to the beach was great. The best part is the beach toys provided. We did not need to purchase anything. Boogie boards, sand toys, nets, chairs, even a kite! And a wagon to haul it all to the beach. The owners were generous and answered any questions we had promptly. We would recommend this property to anyone. 5 stars!
