The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash pickup is Mondays & Thursdays. Please set cans out the night before or by 7:00 AM the morning of.
Please make sure all doors are locked
Set thermostat to 72 and leave ceiling fans running in each room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking.
Security deposit required of up to $300.00. Minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking, no pets and no parties/events.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
