The condo has a tasteful coastal design with sofa sleeper in living room. The unit is approximately 1064sq ft. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The kitchen has been remodeled with appliances all set in quartz countertops. Both bathrooms are being remodeled with gold faucets and accents. Primary bath has a custom walk-in tiled shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The condo has a direct view of the east-side outdoor pool. The condo has SmartTVs and WiFi. No Cable.

Sea Oats is a 2 story wood structure building located 3.7 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. No elevators. Sea Oats has two outdoor pools, two children pools, pier, fish cleaning station, gazebo, BBQ/picnic area, Lagoon access with boat ramp (bloat slips - first come first serve). Sea Oats has deeded beach access across the street. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. 2 car limit.
