This amazing penthouse condo has spectacular water views from all rooms. The Indies is located at the end of Fort Morgan with miles of unspoiled white sandy beaches just steps away. All guests are welcome to enjoy the heated pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace with misting stations. Two charcoal grills are located on the property for your outside cooking enjoyment.

This condo has bright beachy colors and fun accents that make it fun for the whole family. You will experience ten foot ceilings; crown molding, stainless steel appliances, tiled floors and Berber carpet as just some of the upscale amenities of the building. There are granite countertops and a bar with four stools in the kitchen. You will love the HUGE private balcony with table and chairs. Watch the dolphins jump and play or have a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing colors of the sunset.

There are two King beds and in the third bedroom a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, HUGE tiled bathrooms, four flat screen TV's, two DVD’s, are all included in this fantastic condo. High Speed Wi-Fi is available in this condo!!! You are only 300 yards to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Shores Marina, and Tacky Jacks restaurant is located across the street and they are only a short walk. You are also within walking distance to Fort Morgan State Park. Or take a short drive to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge or the car ferry to Dauphin Island. After you have done all there is to do in the area set back and enjoy the sunshine and salty breeze that you came so far to experience.

One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard.
