Mökki sijaitsee 8 hehtaarin bush-maalla puron julkisivulla.
Jos haluamiasi päivämääriä ei ole saatavana, varmista, että katsot toista lomakotiamme "The Grove".
Jos rakastat rauhaa, hiljaisuutta ja villieläimiä, tämä on oikea paikka sinulle. Runsaasti lintuelämää ja kun kävelet pitkin Gunny Creek-rantaa, saatat nähdä Wallabyn tai kaksi. Paddockia voidaan käyttää myös moottoripyöräilyyn lapsille.

Rakastamme ihmisiä, jotka tuovat koiriaan ja muita lemmikkejä lomalle heidän mukanaan. Meillä on turvallinen koiran piha. Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja sisällä. Muista kuitenkin tuoda omat peitot / vuodevaatteet, jotta he voivat maata. Älä päästä lemmikkejä huonekalujen ja liinavaatteiden päälle. Ja imuroi koirankarvat lattialta ennen lähtöä.

Gunbower Creek on loistava paikka kalastukseen ja kesällä se on suosittu uima- ja vesihiihtopaikka.
Murray-turskaa, keltaista vatsaa ja karppia pyydetään usein purosta. Veneet voidaan laskea läheiselle venerampille, joka on vain viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä mökistä. Puron rannalta on tällä hetkellä vaikea kalastaa, koska matalassa vedessä kasvaa suuri vesililjojen määrä. Olemme kuitenkin asentaneet lähelle kalastuslaiturin helpottamaan kalastamista kävijöille, joilla ei ole venettä.
Soutuvene, kanootti ja kajakki ovat vuokralaisten käytettävissä ilmaiseksi. Lasten pelastusliivit toimitetaan.
Meillä on hyvä valikoima DVD-levyjä.

Gunbower Creek lasketaan toukokuun puolivälistä elokuun puoliväliin. Lahteen virtaa matala virta tänä vuoden aikana. Siksi mutapankit ovat alttiina ja veteen on vaikea päästä kalastamaan. Kalastus on mahdollista kymmenen minuutin päässä Gunbowerista Murray-joessa. Ota yhteyttä, jos tarvitset lisätietoja.

Sijainti

Mökki tulee 8 hehtaarin suuruisella Gunbower Creek -kadulla Gunbowerissa, Victoriassa, 40 km Echucasta länteen.
Echuca-matkasta kohti Kerangia Murray Valley-moottoritietä pitkin. Käänny juuri ennen Gunboweriin tuloa Fox Island Roadille, sitten oikealle Richards Roadille. Mökin sisäänkäynti on 2. 1 km oikealla.

Ridge sijaitsee noin 200 hehtaarin suuruisella karjatilan kiinteistöllämme. Meillä on myös toinen lomatalo tilalla (The Grove on myös listattu tällä verkkosivustolla), joka on noin 300 metriä eteenpäin Richards Roadiin.
Tämä maatilamajoitus sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Welton Nature Conservation Reserve. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat.

Just 3 of us stayed which meant there was enough room to set up a portable in one on the bedrooms and work from “home” for the week. Quiet, comfortable, warm and the yard was big enough for 2 Jack Russell’s to remain occupied and safe.

Amazing! Property manager was amazing. Easy and fast to contact. Helpful and accommodating. Beautiful property! Words and pictures do not do it justice. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Has everything you need. Sooo much space. My mother and I stayed there with our two dogs. The perimeter was completely fenced off. The dogs could be let off and out of the house without a worry which abundance of space for them. Quiet and peaceful. I could go on and on. You get the picture! We will definitely be returning and recommending it to all our holidaying friends and family! Thank you Sean and Family!

Oh the serenity

As soon as we walked in the front door i felt relaxed and home. This hidden gem doesn’t miss anything. A very modern home, built superbly. Every modern comfort you need is there. Even electric car charger wow. Everything was super comfy from the beds with beautiful linen to the furnishings that where super comfy. Was so warm with the lovely heating. Electric blankets on the beds. It was everything we needed to reboot and refresh the mind. Mum loved sitting outside in the morning watching the sun break across the murray river and the fog lift up, such a pretty sight. Our furbaby was so happy, with the absolutely secured yard, she ran and ran, loved the cows coming up every evening on the otherside of the fence, so funny. I didn't need to stress about her safety either which was great. Communication with sean was on point, quick to reply and nothing he wouldn't accomodate. I highly recommend this stay. We stayed 5 nights. Thanks so much for an amazing getaway.

Have stayed at both The Grove & The Ridge previously but wow the new place is stunning. Love that most rooms open into the verandah & we noticed some great light fixtures in the living area. Would be happy to go back in any season.

Relaxing stay

We had a nice relaxing stay in a newly built house. Very spacious, very clean, and river just over the road if you like fishing. Our doggies had a great time with the cows behind the fence, left them worn out! Only down side were all the flies and bugs outside. We went in April so maybe a different time of year would be better.

The new house is a real touch of luxury.The aspect of the house is positioned so you have an amazing view of the creek from the swivel couch in the loungeroom.I miss the old house as we have been coming to gunny every year for about 14 years.However it's really nice to enjoy our experience in a new very comfortable home.It is honestly the best way to de-stress and reset the batteries.Thanks sean

A rustic retreat

The Ridge was something a little bit different for me, but it gave me everything that I needed - a comfy bed, a comfy couch, hot water and all of the other neccessities for basic food preparation and getting away from it all. The location is ideal if you are looking for some peace and quiet. The host was also excellent to deal with. I recommend this accommodation, so long as you're not looking for anything too fancy. I will certainly go back there at some stage.

Wasnt what we were exspecting

The guy who owned it was very nice, the house was old and very run down, the sheets had yuk stains on them the towels were soo old , the water stunk and was yellow. Dogs keps getting out of the yard, the water near the house couldnt fish in as thats the only reason we chose this place :( the pub close by was amazing food and staff. Few pages had been ripped out of the guest review book, couches were comfortable though

Lovely getaway

Had the most peaceful, relaxing stay at The Ridge. It has just what you need for a little getaway and loved the location, peace and quiet. The oranges and lemons that were at the house were incredible! Will be back for sure!
