The first floor is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a 500$ fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own, helping us maintain its pristine condition for future guests and your own return visits.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or unauthorized gathering will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. A $500 violation fee will also be charged to cover the inconvenience caused to the neighborhood and the property. If necessary, local law enforcement may be contacted to address the situation.
