Clean accommodation, convenient for our purpose. Staff need some training in welcoming , they are not unpleasant but there is a feeling of disconnect in communication with them. Restaurant menu in rooms says it opens at 7:00 am but when we went down at 8:00 ish it was not open and there was some initial confusion about when it would open.

Check in was great, front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and very comfy bed. A few 🙁 … parking lot had zero lighting! It was pouring rain when we arrived later at night and we couldn’t see a thing. Very weak shower and water pressure. Other guests came back at 2 am slamming doors and yelling at each other. Other than these, loved our stay.

We've stay here before and would stay again in a heart beat! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well supplied. The bed was also very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. We had supper in the restaurant the fries were amazing! I had Nachos the meat was over cooked which was a bit disappointing. We also had breakast before we checked out. My scramble eggs were delicious! They were missing some items on the menu however and did not offer a substitution. Hotel 10/10 restaurant 6 out of 10. We had great service. Would we eat there again? Probably.

When we arrived even though we had booked a premium room they tried to downgrade up to another room that was terrible (smelly and dirty) After 2 attempts at reception we finally got the room we had booked and paid for.

The lobby was beautiful but the location was so run down that it felt unsafe to park/leave the vehicle let alone walk outside at dark. Jokes with other guests that we all felt the same - funny but not funny. The room was clean except the room itself feels like it’s never been deep cleaned.

The hotel is in a very good location but the hotel and area around it needs some urgent attention. It looks like limited maintenance has been performed. That being said the price was good and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The beds were clean and comfortable.
