Ive stayed here many times over the years and always received great service. Last night was very different, the woman that checked me in acted like i was a lesser guest because i have a visa debit card. I had to explain the hotels policy to her about paying deposit with a debit card. She continued to look at me like ive told her something totally insane and then calls the manager on me. After awhile i finally get to my room after being told qrong room number and ended up in the wrong room. I booked and paid for an elite king room with harbor view and balcony but got a room under construction facing another building. Not a great experience this stay unfortunately.

Room was spotless, modern and well appointed. As it is undergoing renovation, it was understood that not all amenities would be available. Excellent location for downtown-based itinerary. The canteen was well-stocked and reasonably priced.
