Hotellet var prisvärt, och deras restaurang var jättetrevlig. Är man sportfantast är denna restaurangen ett sant nöje. Över 90 stycken tv-skärmar! Jättegod grillbuffé

Usel standard på rummen

Mycket besviken! Fick ett s.k. ekonomirum och det hade jag inte bokat! Enligt min bokning skulle det finnas hårtork och gratis wi-fi med mera - men det ingick "bara" parkering och frukost. Rummet hade ingen luftkonditionering, inget sängbord, inga sänglampor, trasiga garderober och kuddarna var ca 2 cm "höga" och sängarna stenhårda... Det hade varit trevligt om personalen hade "fyllt på i skålarna" till frukost och även att man hade fått äta i lugn och ro. Exakt kl.10.00 började de sänka ner en del av plåtdörren för att visa att det var dags att gå... Kommer inte att besöka hotellet igen.

Utlovad internet funkade inte, gick inte att haka fast fönstret för ventilation då kedja var trasig vilket var nödvändigt i sommarvärmen. trasig lampa trasig klädhängare i dusch/toa gjorde att man undrade om det var genomgånget. Opersonlig receptionist som inte kolla upp varför Wifi inte funkade i vårt rum, Ej svensktalande fastighetskötare som inte visste hur man lagade kedjan för fönstret. Han hade svårt att förstå problemet pga språket. Fick laga fönstret själv genom att jag bad om att få tillgång till verkstad. Har aldrig råkat ut för detta på någon resa tidigare.

Typiskt gammalt "Scandichotell" i utkanten av staden, slitet med känsla av förläggning, bra frukost men saknade grovt bröd. Ett plus att det fanns en sportbar i anslutning till hotellet, men servicen där var tyvärr usel - fick vänta en timme på en sallad.

Okej hotell med lediga rum mitt under värmeböljan med kort varßel. Fantastiskt. Bra pool etc. Söndrig våningssäng för barnen. Bisarrt bord med barnfrukost med färgglada skålar med endast extrasötade produkter. Personalen vid frukost förstod inte ens engelska vilket ledde till lite missförstånd. Annars god mat både kväll och morgon.

Lite för dyrt för standarden men troligen beror det på att det var aktiviteter i området och semestertider. Annars helt ok hotell med trevlig sportsbar i anslutning och bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Utomhuspool och generellt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.

Litt slitt.

Skuffende at hele hotellrestauranten var reservert hele lørdagskvelden for barne- og ungdomslag p g a fotballkamp på TV. Dette visste vi ikke på forhånd. I nærområdet ellers oppdaget vi bare et par spisesteder (grill og gatekjøkkenmat). Så vi godtok hotellets tilbud om å kjøpe kveldens fellesbuffet (bare grill) og spise i resepsjonen. Frokosten var bra. Hvorfor ikke egen vurdering av mat(servering)? Ikke air-condition.

Rummen luktade unket, känns som det är fuktskadat! Hittade fuktmärken på golvet på toaletten! Hela rummet kändes fuktigt! Annars väldigt bra hotell, för lite bemanning men personalen skötte sig exemplariskt!!
