The staff here are amazing, Deborah at the feont desk is a great person yo deal with, she makes sure you have everything uou need and if you need anything, she will make sure to accommodate you... the other staff are just a helpfull and nice. Facilities are clean, plenty of pillows and towels. Tons of restaurants and shopping in a close proximity to the hotel.

The carpet smelled of age or the rubber underneath it and it took away from the experience. Wouldn't recommend for those who are sensitive to smell. If they update it, I'm sure it will be better.

Nothing I could pick at for a bad stay. Good tv, lots of amenities in the area. Rooms and the rest of the building were clean and in good repair. No odours even in our pet friendly room. Will use again if I'm in the area!

Everything about the hotel was great except we had a problem with the key cards not working. Had to reactivate the cards several times. Staff was very accommodating and issued new cards to our room. We had no problems after that.

The hotel itself was very clean. I was impressed. Staff very friendly. The room was clean and nice. The water pressure in the shower could be better, and they need new pillows. Our pillows were too soft, no support. That would be the oly thing that I didn't like.
