Clean, beds were very soft and uncomfortable, the lady at the front desk was not welcoming, she looked like she was in a bad mood, I am not going back to that place I rather pay more and go somewhere with better service. The breakfast kitchen staff was great

Staff very friendly. Everything is fine just a couple spots around the room that weren't clean, such as the light switch, the fridge door. The location is also not terribly nice for walking with the QEW right there and no sidewalks, but if driving thats not an issue. Price was decent and breakfast is served whichbis fantastic. Would absolutely stay again.

Power and heat went out at 1am. Still was not back on by 10am. No hot water either. No signs or anything posted about the outage and no one manning the front desk. Just a sign saying to drop your keys if you were checking out. I get that emergencies happen but lack of communication felt disappointing. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Love the room. King size bed, very comfortable. My only issue is the heating vent is close to the bed and it’s loud. There should also be non pork meat items available. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
