Very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a great heated pool. However, there are only two elevators, and one was frequently out of service, which led to long wait times

The room size was large. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. At check in, the hotel reception did not properly inform me of the parking rate when I inquired about it. She charged my card and neglected to inform me of the incidental charge until I questioned it. The room faced a dirty construction site with a towering building. The bed comforter, top and bottom bed sheet were stained with a plate sized yellow stain which I hope it was coffee. I did not see it until the next morning. The bed had clearly not been changed. When I called the front desk to inform them of bed sheets and it appears they hung up the call. I am very unhappy with that hotel. I would never stay there again.

We stayed on the top floor (12?) in an accessible room. It was spotless and very big. The bathroom was the size of my apartment. The king bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The room we were given smelt musty so the front desk moved us right away to another room which was lovely. The lighting at the bedside is not bright enough to read by so not sure how that can be fixed. Breakfast was good. The staff were very obliging and friendly. Overall our stay was very good.
