Overly soft and lumpy bed. Too much ambient light from the window and under the door from the public hallway. Broken shower rod does not keep the bath tub properly covered. There should be an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Check in was quick but lacked in making the guest feel welcome. I got very little sleep. Overall, no where near worth the $125 I spent for the night

Front desk reception was AWESOME. She was a total sweetheart. There was a breakfast box with juice, fruit, a pastry and a power bar. Room was clean and quiet.

The AC/Heater was not working properly. In heat mode, it overshoot the temperature you set (was 72°F and I increased it to 73°F), it went as high as 80°F during the night. Then in cool mode, it overshoot the temperature and was as low as 66 °F when I woke up in the morning. Otherwise, it was an excellent low-budget 2-stars motel with few amenities.

The heater in the room was broken. Stayed at 82F. Couldnt lower it so asked to be moved. They moved us. Room was clean but no faceclothes and only 1 small bar of soap. Breakfast was the worst. 1 croissant with no butter or jam. Hot drink box and 1 appple. Coffee had powdered milk. Will NEVER stay there again.

No washcloths/facecloths in the room. When I inquired with housekeeping, I was told "people keep stealing them, so we aren't getting any more". Seriously? You stop providing a service (that customers are still paying for) due to petty theft? We're not talking a $10,000 investment to replace them.
