We loved the location of No 1 Motels. We were able to walk to nearby shops and park. Lots of food shops around. The room was basic but very clean and really nice for the price. We liked the shared kitchen, It was very clean and well equipped. I would have loved to stop here regularly but unfortunately some people came in drunk and made a lot of noise between 12 and 2am which meant we didn't get much needed rest. I would suggest that in future, people have to agree to a statement on the booking form that says something like : 'If you cause a disturbance to other residents, you may be asked to leave immediately, at management's discretion, with no refund."

Good budget accommodation for an overnight stop, our room was a little short on power points for convenient device recharging, could have done with 1 more easily accessible twin outlet point above the credenza. In our room, the tv aerial reception was so bad, constantly pixellating the screen it was unwatchable. As it was only 1 night & we were tired it wasn't too much of a problem but if we were staying longer it would be a concern.
