The property was adequate, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was nice, clean and had a variety of breakfast items. We stayed here 2 years ago and everything is the same. The only negative this year is the hot breakfast items that were sometimes cold and not very appealing.

The hotel is located near QEW highway on Walkers Line but there is absolutely no loud traffic noise. Seperate On site restaurant if you don't know the area for dining (we used to live a few minutes away). Great in-house breakfast selection for either seated or "on the run". Room was very clean, beds super comfortable, tv, microwave, mini fridge and great ac / heat unit with wall control. Closet with hangers provided was nice. Room darkening curtains. There is a swimming pool which is very clean but didn't use due to my schedule. Highly recommend and my family will stay here on our next visit to Burlington visiting friends
