The original room we were given was heavily scented. The staff was very accommodating in trying to find a less scented room. I was surprised to learn they do not have a supply of unscented rooms.

Lovely hotel downtown Hamilton with easy access to the Hamilton Convention Centre - literally steps away! Staff are friendly and hotel ia clean. Nice rooms with super comfy beds! Easy and convenient underground parking. As it is downtown, you just have to be mindful of yourself and surroundings.

Great place to stay. We were there to go to the Aquarius Theatre, a short walk away. We have stayed at this hotel several times a year to go to the theatre. Rooms are spacious & clean. My big negative is that they charge you $18 a day to park in their underground parking. For the price of the hotel room, it should be included!
