Very noisy hotel, fridge in the room was very loud, people in the hallways sound like they are in your room. No hot water when I went to shower, No one asked how our stay was when we checked out I was just asked if I got all of my belongings out of the room.

Beautiful stay and just to say I will be back. Comfortable room. Cool themed rooms. I was in Frankenstein room!!! Elevator is decorated like the Doctor Who Tardis. Lovely warm welcome by the young lady on the front desk. The only reason for my overall 4 star is because when I tucked in for the night and pulled back My sheets there was dried blood on there. I did send a photo to the official hotel review. Maybe it was part of the Frankenstein experience?

My only issue was that we booked this hotel on a specific date to see an act that was playing that evening in the hotel. Turns out that the act had cancelled without the staffs knowledge. We ended up spending good money for an evening in a hotel and no entertainment.

Overall excellent for the price - would love to see some historical info posted on the hotel - also - the breakfast hot food could be a little better - hard to keep eggs warm and not taste like rubber!
