“You really shouldn’t misrepresent your rooms. It’s Better to be honest with your guests and state there is no window.” “If we did that it would be a deterrent and no one would book”…. That was how they dealt with us not accepting a room with no window. Well, a fake window to a hallway with no outside. We were then moved to 101 positioned in the lobby next to the main door. She didn’t really try to hard to accommodate with anything saying “oh they don’t answer, that’s all I can give you”. Never an apology or even a care. Faulty Electric switches - had no bathroom light until we found a switch next day by the bed to turn on the bathroom and dangerous as almost fell multiple times in night from shower leakage in the dark. Not able to open the drape as that room is directly at the main entrance of ev one coming / going in. Sleepless night due to huge noise from the lobby A/C and shower was completely groce. We paid top dollar and it was so disappointing. We did eat at both nearly empty restos - good. Brewery closed only open for private parties. No F/U from hotel as of yet. Truly worst stay ever. We moved across the river after this awful experience . Check-in poor. Check out poor - not even asked how was your stay or thank you for staying. Refused to give a receipt saying it was emailed by Expedia. So much potential here in this beautiful property but a complete Fail :(
