We had a great stay! Room was very nice size, loved the tall ceilings. Beds were very comfortable. Our room faced the street. I’m a light sleeper and was able to get good rest. Didn’t need to leave the facility for food and drinks. We ate at the bar on site. Great selection of food and drink. Bartenders were very friendly. I’d also like to mention how friendly and helpful the front desk staff were as well. We’d stay here again!

I liked the overall feel of the sturdy, spacious concrete and steel building. No squeaky wood sounds as you walk in the rooms and hallways. Great staff also. The only (small) negative was the tiny squared pillows. Longer and fatter pillows are more comfortable for someone like me who often switched positions during sleep.

Very cool place but a little rough around the edges. I opened my blind to see out the window and it was a construction area with a hallway and old offices under demo. Needless to say, there was no view!

Staff was great, bar & restaurant are super cool. Everything is a little expensive for the area you’re in but overall it’s an amazing artistic property with so many more positives. If I could change anything I’d have real handicap parking that isn’t soo far away.

Our room was clean but I didn’t know the hotel was near sports complex. Therefore, sports teams were also staying in the hotel.. this was fine except for that the hallway we stayed in the team who put all of their stinky tennis shoes and gear outside every single door so as we walked to our room, which is at the very end, it was like walking into an extremely stinky gym with a smell of dirty socks. We just needed a quick place to stay though near Miami University so I would stay there again maybe next time I would request if possible, a hallway without sticky sports gear.

Wonderful rooms and grounds. Still area being worked on so some area not so pretty. Better signage to the area that the breakfast buffet was moved to would have been great. Would stay here again for sure..

Hotel was nice overall. Room was large and I liked the style (modern loft style). I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast (was just under $20 for an average buffet), and I was disappointed in the parking (parking lot for hotel was across the street and a couple hundred yards from front door of hotel). I was lucky that there was good weather when visiting.

We liked the overall look of the hotel. It was old style building with modern renovations. Our room and hallways were capacious. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was really good. They gave us a microwave in our room upon request. Our one night stay was comfortable.
