Overall, I had a great stay. I was there for the Bearcats tournament. My first time staying and the aesthetics were lovely. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. The breakfast area view was relaxing. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar also. The only negative was a small amount of mold on the shower curtain. I would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you're fat, like me, then it took a while to roll out of it. The restaurant selection needs to improve too. The Hydraulic Bar was pretty lame when it came to food selection. The front desk staff was really good.

So it’s not really their fault. But the fact it’s an old warehouse makes it the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Parking is a long ways away, and the whole place just kind of felt set up inefficiently. Meh. For the price the old warehouse charm isn’t really worth it.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. We were not overly impressed with the food options at the restaurant. Small portions, cold and very over priced. Lack of breakfast options was very disappointing especially traveling with a sports team. The breakfast buffet times were very short and conflicted with tournament times. We had to walk 20 minutes to get a decent breakfast.
