Room and bathroom always very clean, beds and bedding were spotless and so comfortable. I had a kitchenette that was perfect for my needs. The price was reasonable. It’s convenient to the university, the 403 highway, and close (but not too close) to downtown. Excellent overall experience.

This was very last minute due to a snowstorm and surgery first thing in the morning. I booked online and arrived 15 minutes later, the room was ready. Parking was easy, room was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the hospital, and an easy drive. Highly recommended. We will do this next time, and hopefully have an earlier arrival to try out the pool.

The room was very clean and had everything it should. l found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. I arrived in a snow storm and found that the entrance way inside the front doors was slippery and this remained an issue throughout my stay. The hotel is situated between a highway and a busy road so traffic was audible at all times but I was able to sleep. The bed was very comfortable.
