A fuir

Horrible, photos anciennes et loin de la réalité. Restauration avec une hygiène plus que douteuse , paiement en cash seulement, pas de facture. Hôtel a l’abandon juste là pour encaisser. Je ne comprends même pas que l’on puisse proposer ce type d’hébergement sur la plate-forme. Par contre le staff est accueillant. De plus le paiement est fait en cash a travers le bureau d’une agence de voyage sui a un bureau dans le hall de l’hôtel. Du n’importe quoi.

Hôtel à revoir sur beaucoup de choses mobilier climatisation robinets pas de télécommande pour la télé et surtout la nourriture fade tout baigne dans de l’eau j’en ai fait des hôtels à hammamet jamais vu une nourriture pareil.

I go to these hotel whit a hotels.com booking, the staff dont found it....more than 30min whaiting in reception these is at 23.00h....finaly they says me "change of hotel"....very bad service
