Enjoy easy access to the water with a shale beach, perfect for walking in, and a 30' x 8" dock where you can tie up your boat.

The cozy entry level of the home is accessed from the front porch and features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second offers a full bed, and the third is perfect for children with twin bunk beds. There’s also a half bathroom upstairs for added convenience.
