Insgesamt ist die Wohnung okay. Alles war sauber und einladend bei unserer Ankunft. Lt. Inserat sollte Tiefgaragennutzung vorhanden sein, das war nicht möglich. So mussten wir unsere Sachen von der Straße aus reinbringen. Für unser Auto mussten wir dann in der weiteren Umgebung einen Parkplatz suchen. Ebenso gab es kein WLan, der Kühlschrank funktionierte zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes dann auf höchster Stufe. Es gibt einen sog. Fahrradkeller. Dieser ist völlig überfüllt, mindestens zur Hälfte mit schrottreifen Rädern. Wir haben uns ein freies Plätzchen gesucht, am nächsten Tag haben wir zufällig vom anwesenden Hausmeister (?) erfahren dass wir dort nicht stehen dürfen, weil die Räder im Weg stehen. Als wir abends zurückgekehrt sind haben wir festgestellt, das zwei andere Räder die dort ebenfalls standen umplatziert wurden. Von einem der Räder lag der Spiegel abgebrochen und zersplittert auf dem Boden. Das ist Sachbeschädigung. Da kann aber der Wohnungseigentümer nicht zu. Das sollte aber in den ETG Versammlungen angebracht werden.
