The location is perfect, rooftop breakfast was great, good size room with hot water and good pressure. What impressed me the most was the quality of service. A+ location on the edge of the Quarter. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Front-facing balcony was big enough for a haircut, and offered a great view of the street life below, including the famous Hanoi motorbike dance. Bathroom could use a re-make and deep clean; but the bed, linens & pillows were maybe the best of our 2months in Vietnam. Solid value

Good location and quiet room although no windows on mine. Saw couple of mosquitos flying around when I first checked in. The room got stale and smelly between trips out since they make you keep the room key in the slot to have the A/C working to keep the room ventilated.
