Breakfast was around the corner in their sister hotel, staff were a little slow, had to ask for a coffee cup, the milk had ran out and took several minutes for them to top up even though the dining room is about the size of a standard living room in someone’s house and the kitchen just off it! Hotel in a great location tho so we just went elsewhere for breakfast.

Excellent hotel with a fabulous staff and a great breakfast. Located at the heart of old Quarter and walking distance to all the important landmarks and tons of shops and restaurants. Alex at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. The others were too. He showed us how to get to the landmarks and was very attentive. Always welcomed us with a big smile and inquired how our stay was. I stayed for 3 nights. The morning breakfast was great. I am a vegan and they had a separate menu which was nice. The best thing was how close this place to all the landmarks. Beer street was a few minutes away. This area was loud and a happening area, but the hotel was in a more quieter area.

This is a small hotel of only 13 rooms. Our hotel room though a superior room was old and tired. The hotel though is well located for old town Hanoi. Breakfast was in a different hotel around the corner but had a good choice of food. The staff, particularly Ms Angela (whose English is impeccable), were great.

We had a very nice stay here at this hotel. Everyone was so supportive and friendly. The room is cozy, fully equipped, and the staff even offered us welcoming drinks and fruits when we came to the hotel earlier than check in time. Breakfast was awesome, especially the dessert.

The staff Angela was very enthusiastic in introducing us where I can get good food and get to things I need. She even taught me how to recognize the money notes. What a sweet girl. I stayed in another hotel nearby. The staff definitely can’t match those I met in Lotus Boutique hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were huge and very comfortable. Room was lovely and clean. Location is great, right in the middle of everything but our room was still silent as it was off the street. I have to leave at 5am and the staff packed me a breakfast to go.
