The room shown in the ad is NOT what we got. We got a tiny room with a view of a cement wall! When we complained to staff at front desk she said there was nothing they could do. We also had to carry our own luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The elevator started on second floor. It was cold out and the room had no heat. We were given extra blankets which were dirty. We were very disappointed to say the least. The next day I asked for a room upgrade which they reluctantly gave us and that room was no better but had 2 queen beds instead of twins. We declined

This property situates in a great location, easy access to almost everything you need, walking distance to many restaurants. Though in the middle of a busy street our room is quiet and the large king bed is so comfortable. It’s a small property but we received the best services from check in and out to buffet breakfast and everything in between. All of the staff were very attentive and prepared to make special accomodations for us ahead of time based on dietary preferences and travel/activity plans. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend your hotel.

Cette propriété est située dans un excellent emplacement, avec un accès facile à presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin, à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants. Bien que située au milieu d’une rue animée, notre chambre est calme et le grand lit king-size est très confortable. C’est une petite propriété, mais nous avons reçu les meilleurs services depuis l’enregistrement et le départ jusqu’au petit-déjeuner buffet et tout le reste. Tout le personnel était très attentif et prêt à faire des aménagements spéciaux pour nous à l’avance en fonction des préférences alimentaires et des plans de voyage/activités. Merci pour cette expérience agréable. Nous reviendrons certainement et recommandons vivement votre hôtel.

The location is perfect to get around Hanoi old quarter and visit. We stayed there 2 times and had comfortable rooms. The breakfast is great and I want to take the opportunity to thanks Ms Mimi who works at the restaurant, she is the sweetest person I’ve met during my trip in Vietnam and the various number of hotels we have been. In any case I would definitely go back to this hotel during my next visit in Hanoi

Esta propiedad se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, con fácil acceso a casi todo lo que necesitas y a poca distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes. Aunque está en medio de una calle concurrida, nuestra habitación es tranquila y la cama king size es muy cómoda. Es una propiedad pequeña, pero recibimos el mejor servicio desde el check-in y check-out hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Todo el personal fue muy atento y estuvo dispuesto a hacer arreglos especiales para nosotros con anticipación, según nuestras preferencias alimenticias y planes de viaje/actividades. On n'a pas eu la chance de déjeuner, mais il avait l'air délicieux. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le point fort de cet hôtel était sans aucun doute le personnel ! Ils étaient parmi les plus gentils et les plus serviables que j'aie jamais rencontrés. Un gros merci à Jennie, Mimi et Cenlina qui ont rendu notre séjour si agréable. We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast but it looked really good. The room was clean and spacious. The best part was the staff!! Super central location in the Old quarter, everything within walking distance and a corner away from all must see landmarks. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Best thing about this stay was definitely the staff! They are very professional and efficient, they helped with all our queries, booked transportation for us and where always so handy. The staff is very friendly and kind and they elevated the experience of staying here, definitely will book again when in Hanoi.
