Best hotel service in Hanoi

We had an excellent experience staying in this Hotel, the room is quiet and perfect, the bed is amazing, and the best shower, the location is perfect in the old quarter, excellent breakfast and all the staff were amazing with us, they helped with everything, efficient, quick, and friendly service. They made our stay in Hanoi 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks to Jim 🙌 look after us very well.

The staff were the loveliest people I met in Vietnam, especially Jimmy. He went above and beyond during our stay to help when my friend was sick. He also gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is so close to the lake and quiet which is a luxury for Hanoi

What a fantastic hotel. We were met by Tracey who went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect experience. Very close to all the attractions Hanoi has to offer and if I'm back in Hanoi for a holiday, I'll be booking here again. Between Jim and Sully the staff are outstanding, always with a smile and willing to assist in anyway. The room was perfect for a couple and clean, WIFI was very fast and reliable.

Located in the old quarter of Hanoi very close to the French quarter - this is our second visit to this truest amazing hotel . From initially booking this hotel we had contacted with Jim and his team who arranged airport transfers , trips , tours , restaurants and general advise . There are many pitfalls travelling in Vietnam but honestly this hotel were amazing in the service and facilities getting rid of any concerns and making a superb trip

The service from the staff was truly exceptional. Jenny helped me to book my Halong Bay Cruise, food and Ninh Binh tours and airport transfers. This helped me a lot and saved me a lot of time researching. I found the hotel’s prices for booking tours to be competitive and reasonable. All the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt very safe as a female solo traveler. The location is central to many activities and food in Hanoi’s old quarter. I’m very happy that I booked this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is small, impeccably clean. We were upgraded to a large room with a window (not always possible in a boutique hotel in the old quarter). Had everything we needed. Good wifi connection too. I was able to do some work. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to Sully (reservations) and Jimmy (customer service) who made us feel personally welcome.
