We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The facilities were excellent, and we found the staff very professional, courteous and diligent. Special mention to Jimmi who was so helpful in many ways! Our room, whilst compact, was a great respite from the chaos that is Hanoi! :) Perfect walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, which was very helpful. Thanks everyone for making our stay in Hanoi great!

The entire hotel is nice and clean. The location is convenient, rooms are nicely sized, the breakfast is great, and the overall value for the cost us excellent. Above all, though, the staff are some of the best hospitality workers I've ever encountered. From the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay, they were kind, courteous, thoughtful, and unbelievably helpful. Jennie, Suli and Jimmi went above and beyond every day to make our stay as pleasant and easy as possible. They helped us with everything from recommendations to reservations and transportation when we needed it. We'll definitely be back to stay here.

A friendly and quiet boutique hotel, ideally placed near the Old Quarter. Great breakfast and airport pick up service. Staff - especially Jimmi and Suli - could not do enough to help. We really appreciated our room upgrade on our final visit. Will definitely return one day!

Great hotel and staff. Me and my partner stayed here two separate times over our trip in Vietnam. I really enjoy the breakfast and the juices they bring upon arrival and check out. They helped us book private cars and currency exchange and laundry. I would recommend this hotel as it’s a perfect location in the old quarter.

We stayed a lovely 6 nights here in Hanoi, (split into 2 x 3 night stays) whilst holidaying from Australia. All the staff were very professional and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went above and beyond making us feel very welcome, treating us both like family. They were always very knowledgeable, helping us with daily things like booking cars, sightseeing advice, dining suggestions and even finding a chemist and phone repair shop. When a problem occurred with our room hot water failing, they promptly addressed the issue by moving us to a bigger room (upgrade). Whilst staying we went on a 3 day trip to Sapa and the hotel even minded some of our luggage in our absence to lighten our load, which was appreciated. We also did a full day trip to Nimh Binh. When the tour driver turned up unexpectedly early that morning, the hotel staff even hurriedly made us up a lovely breakfast to take with us on the bus to ensure we did not miss out.The rooms we stayed in were nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable for a restful stay and night sleep. Air conditioning worked well.

I booked one room, I was hosted in a smaller room. Food was not what I expected, even more after such great reviews from other customers. I did not like the hotel to the point that the next morning I went to another place. The photos are totally deceiving. I'm still trying to get my money back from the three another nights that I did not stay at this hotel. I booked it through Orbitz, and I was told by the hotel's receptionist that I should talk to Orbitz which is the third party.
