I'm so glad I found this hotel for my short trip in Hanoi. Everything was perfect, the location is really convenient to exlore the city, and the room I stayed in was clean and tidy. But the thing that impressed me the most was the staff here, they were really welcoming and helpful, always ready to support us with anything we needed. I will absolutely come back here if I travel to Hanoi again in the future.

The staff were some of the nicest and most polite people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They were so kind and helpful all of the time. The room was perfect and we were greeted with some complimentary cake and fruit on our arrival. The breakfast every morning was amazing. I am still so surprised how affordable it was for the amount of service and care you receive. I honestly cannot recommend staying here enough. Will definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic hotel with attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Would definitely stay again. Allowed us to keep the luggage at the hotel during our stay in Ha Long Bay. Superb service and nice room. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, with a lovely large balcony.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hospitality is unmatched to any other hotel we’ve stayed at. We let them know we’re here for my friend birthday, and to our surprise they had the room decorated with balloon and a special birthday cake. Incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a huge range of fresh foods for any taste palette. The massage services at the Vita spa were also 10/10. The staff was so helpful, they booked us tickets to the water puppet show and offered lots of local tips. Would recommend this luxurious stay without any hesitation.

The best kept secret in Hanoi. The hotel is excellently managed and centrally located. Really well isolated from the cities noise. The staff is super accommodating, friendly and efficient. Andrew made our stay exceptional, he was very hospitable and helpful. The morning buffet offers both an international & traditional breakfast. The Spa facility and treatment were very professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa, it was honestly the best experience of our trip. Our room was spacious and beautifully set up, which is such a treat in the Old Quarter where space is usually tight. The location was perfect close to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, and main sights, but still peaceful and quiet once you stepped inside. A huge thank you to Antony, who was simply amazing. He organised our Ha Long Bay trip before we even arrived, arranged complimentary airport transfers and even a free foot spa during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi it was absolutely perfect.

The staffs are so friendly and kind with the best service ever. Especially, Elsa was the best staff during our stay. She keeps checking if we are okay and there is no problem. This hotel is really exceptional. Top location - Heart of the city, very close to the restaurants and Hoa Kiem Lake. Very clean, nice interior, tasty breakfast. But the real reason why this hotel is so unique is the staff. Our contact person was Elsa. She speaks excellent English. All the staff members were very helpful. The quality of their services exceeded our expectations. We will choose them again while being in Hanoi.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special.
