We spent two nights here - it was simply perfect! Rooms are clean and comfy, big shower, pillows are a dream - soft and fluffy. No hustle with big luggage because of the elevator. The location is perfect, in the old town, at Ho Hoan Kiem. Maybe you can find another hotel like this - but staff are the most friendly, lovely and helpful people we ever met in a hotel, and we have seen many. As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling.
