We had a great stay at Hanoi Paon! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location. You can easily walk to the old quarter and French quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but comfortable and have everything you need. The spa was also very nice! Id recommend to anyone going to Hanoi!

We had a great stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed. We got a room upgrade which was a perfect start in our vacation! The room was super spacious and clean, the beds are so comfy! The breakfast is very good with lots of options. We enjoyed the pool and the little gym. The location is great as it is close to the old town but not too loud and busy. 100% recommendation!

From the initial contact, to arrange the airport transfer, and all through my fortnight stay at this wonderful hotel I was met with great service and friendly staff who wanted to help me enjoy my stay as much as possible. A great place to start our trip. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome right away. While our room didn’t have a view, the rooftop offered stunning skyline scenes – well worth a visit, especially in the evening. The location made it easy to get around the Old Quarter.
