Very safe area. Left our stuff there for 2 days unattended and came back to a clean room with our stuff untouched. The staff was also INCREDIBLY friendly. 10/10 experience.

A great hotel although having coffee available in the room since the have a kettle would make the stay a true 5 star. Who needs cup of noodles with no microwave. I am not sure why they give noodles but no coffee. The location and hotel were nice overall.

Rooms were filthy.... underwear and towels from previous guest hanging on back of bathroom door; lobby cluttered. Stairwell blocked froM 4th to 5th door and smelled. Pictures on website do not accurately represent current disrepairnof property. We found new lodging and did not spend the night. Unable to get refund from clerk at front desk.

Very good deal with good service, relatively quiet

We had a day off in Hanoi after travel and before another work related task. Great neighborhood, not as noisy as many in downtown. Good selection of shopping and services in area. Staff attentive, helpful if sometimes imperfect English- which is usual in Hanoi. Breakfast simple and OK, good food deals in neighborhood. Not as close to main tourist sites as some, but worth walking tor the quiet.

Awesome customer service. Not good location

Staff were amazing. When we arrived at the hotel we were upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony free of charge for no reason at all. The room itself was spacious and for the most part clean. There were some marks and stains on the walls and holes that were interesting to look at. Spent the first night and our room was freezing cold. We obviously had the air off because the weather was cold outside but there was a major draft from the balcony door. Also our air conditioner was broken and would not produce heat. The next day we asked for an extra blanket and they brought one right away. They also had someone come and look at the air conditioner but they couldn't seem to fix it. So we were able to change rooms that had a heater that worked, same size room just a different one. One of the things I didn't not like at all was the shower. There is a hand held part as well as a shower head which never worked. So it was very uncomfortable to shower. The service was amazing though, anytime we had an issue we would call the front desk and it would be solved immediately. Another bad thing about this hotel was the location. You are not near anything. There is 1 local pub to get drinks and food and a kfc. Other than that there were no options to get something to eat which made us hate staying there. I can't express how well the front desk service was, the bell boy was awesome and the lady working the reception was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with good information.

Nice Place to stay slighty away from Old quarter

Place is nice and clean and rooms are big! However, location is slightly out of the old quarter area and its about 1km walk to where all the usual old quarter attractions are. Our room smelled slightly of smoke and when brought it to the front desk, they helped us to change rooms without much fuss.

The staff gave us the Food Map and Tourist Map that showed nearest local delicious food areas and visiting places around the hotel. We followed their guide and it was great. Everything was easier because of these maps. Thank you for your help. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and large
